Possums
Possums can be an all year round problem. If they get into your roof cavity and wall linings they can cause extensive damage. We normally trap Possums using a non toxic bait and then take them away.
Borer
Borer in your properties timber usually looks like small holes (2-4mm) on the surface with sawdust all round.
Cockroaches
German and American are the main problems in the South Island. They can be a problem all year round.
Flies
The main problem in New Zealand is the common housefly. We treat by lightly misting the inside of your property.
